Socialise with more people.

Being social with as much people as you can can help to heave more friends than people who want to hurt you so that even when you are bullied you can have people behind your back defending you.

Tell a friend about it.

Telling a friend or your friends about your experiences with bullying may help you emotionally and also you will always be with someone to avoid being alone and vulnerable to bullies.

Self Encouragement.

If one is being abused verbally they can just boost their self esteem and know that they are not whatever they are being called.

Go For Therapy after being bullied.

Therapy can be visiting a psychologist or even speaking to someone you trust who can encourage you and this can help redeem your self esteem and avoid depression.
